This Privacy Policy describes how IT Sols and Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Crypto Guys (the “App”), available on the Google Play Store. The App is an informational and educational cryptocurrency companion that displays the Crypto Fear & Greed Index and its history, top cryptocurrencies by market data, upcoming crypto events, comparison charts, and built-in study material and glossary. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and this policy explains what information the App does — and does not — collect.
Summary
The App does not collect, store, or share any personal information. It does not require an account, contains no advertising, and uses no tracking or analytics tools. The App keeps no record of anything you do in it.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number. We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or location data. We do not collect photos, contacts, files, health data, or financial data, and the App never asks for wallet details, exchange accounts, or payment information. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. The only permission the App requests is internet access.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores nothing on your device. It creates no database, saves no settings, and keeps no history of what you have viewed. Study material and glossary content are bundled inside the App itself. Uninstalling the App removes it completely.
Internet Access
The App uses your internet connection only to retrieve publicly published market information for display: the Crypto Fear & Greed Index and cryptocurrency price data from alternative.me, and upcoming crypto event listings and their images from CoinMarketCal. No identifier of you or your device is sent with these requests. As with any internet connection, standard technical information (such as an IP address) may be processed transiently by those data providers to deliver the content; we do not receive, retain, or use it to identify or profile you.
External Links
Some items in the App (for example event listings) can be opened in your device’s web browser. Once you leave the App, the website you visit is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
Children’s Privacy
The App is informational and suitable for general audiences. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it also collects no personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Your Rights
Since we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You can remove the App and everything it contains at any time by uninstalling it.
Google Play
Separately from the App, Google Play records installs, uninstalls, and crash reports for every app distributed on the store and reports them to developers in aggregate only. We see counts and anonymous crash traces, never who you are. That collection is Google’s and is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Not Financial Advice
The App presents publicly available market data, event listings, and educational content for general information only. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing in it should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Crypto assets are volatile; always do your own research.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
