These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Australian Citizenship Test HUB (the “App”), operated by IT Sols and Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
The App is an educational study aid that provides practice questions and study material to help users prepare for the Australian citizenship test. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not Affiliated with the Australian Government
The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, or any other government body. Practice questions in the App are original study material inspired by publicly available information, including the official study guide “Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond”. They are not actual exam questions. Always refer to official government sources for authoritative and current information about the citizenship test and application process.
No Guarantee of Results
While we work hard to keep the study material accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee that using the App will result in passing the Australian citizenship test, and we accept no responsibility for exam outcomes, application decisions, or any reliance placed on the App’s content.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
The App and its original content — including its design, graphics, logos, text, question sets, and software — are the property of IT Sols and Services and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission. Any third-party or government materials referenced by the App remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing in these Terms grants you rights in those materials.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; extract or scrape its content or question database; interfere with its operation; or use the App in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of the app store from which you downloaded it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT Sols and Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
