These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Life in the UK Test HUB (the “App”), operated by IT Sols and Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The App is an educational study resource to help you prepare for the Life in the UK Test. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and only in accordance with applicable law.
Not Affiliated with the UK Government
The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UK Government, the Home Office, or any other government agency. The practice questions in the App are original materials inspired by publicly available sources, including the official study guide “Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents”. They are not actual exam questions. For official information about the Life in the UK Test, please consult GOV.UK and other official government resources.
No Guarantee of Results
Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass the Life in the UK Test. We assume no responsibility for the outcome of any test, or for any settlement or citizenship application decision.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
The App’s original content — including its design, graphics, logos, text, and software — belongs to IT Sols and Services and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; scrape or extract its content; interfere with its operation; or use it in violation of applicable law or the terms of the app store from which you downloaded it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, and we may update these Terms, at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not override any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your home jurisdiction.
